The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade, jointly issued.
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
Article 1. Repeal the following certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade, jointly issued:
1. Decision No. 90/NL-KHKT dated February 22, 1994 of the Minister of Energy Issuing the Operation Procedures for the 500kV Load System.
2. Decision No. 772/2003/QĐ-BTM dated June 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade Regarding the issuance of a model market regulation.
3. Decision No. 1059/2005/QĐ-BTM dated November 25, 2005 of the Minister of Trade Guidelines for registering manufacturer codes for textile and garment exports to the United States.
4. Decision No. 17/2007/QĐ-BTM dated July 27, 2007 of the Minister of Trade Regarding the temporary suspension of temporary import re-export and transfer of textile and garment goods.
5. Circular No. 02/1998/TT-BCN dated March 9, 1998 of the Minister of Industry Guidelines for inspecting and testing pressure equipment and lifting devices in industry.
6. Circular No. 06/2003/TT-BTM dated August 15, 2003 of the Minister of Trade Regarding the guidelines for the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Market Management Board.
7.
