DECREE-LAW
NO. 251/SL OF OCTOBER 14, 1948
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 118 dated July 9, 1946 establishing a special guarantee for the transportation sector;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 200 dated October 15, 1946 amending Decree-Law No. 118 dated July 9, 1946;
At the request of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Works and Transportation,
After the Council of Ministers has decided and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has agreed;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
The second article of Decree-Law No. 200 dated October 15, 1946 amending Decree-Law No. 118 dated July 9, 1946 is hereby repealed.
Article 2
From the date this Decree-Law takes effect, vessels navigating inland waterways must pay the special guarantee established by Decree-Law No. 118 dated July 9, 1946.
Article 3
The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
