Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. AMENDING Decision No. 30/2007/QD-BCT dated July 17, 2007 of the Minister of Industry approving the Master Plan for the Development of Industry in the Southern Key Economic Region until 2015, with consideration up to 2020, as follows:

1. In the order column of Section 4 (Electronics Industry) of Appendix 1, the following order numbers are printed: 10, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, 34, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 1, 3, 4.
2. In the order column of Section 5 (Chemical Industry) of Appendix 1, the following order numbers are printed: 1, 6, 7, 10, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27.
AMENDED:
1. The new order numbers of Section 4 (Electronics Industry) of Appendix 1 are as follows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.
2. The new order numbers of Section 5 (Chemical Industry) of Appendix 1 are as follows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
