Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2003/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated July 30, 2003, amending and supplementing certain special allowance regimes for civil servants and employees in the health sector;

At the proposal of the Director of the Treatment Department, the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department, and the Director of the Planning-Finance Department of the Ministry of Health,

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision List of classified procedures eligible for allowances pursuant to Decision No. 155/2003/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated July 30, 2003, amending and supplementing certain special allowance regimes for civil servants and employees in the health sector.

Article 2. List of classified procedures issued together with this Decision replaces Part 2: Classification of Procedures in the List of Classified Surgeries and Procedures issued together with Decision No. 1904/1998/QĐ-BYT dated August 10, 1998 of the Minister of Health.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Directors of the Departments of Treatment, Science and Training, Organization and Cadres, Legal Affairs, Planning and Finance; Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration, Directors of hospitals under the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Services Directors of centrally governed cities, and Heads of health services of other sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision.
