Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management over product quality.
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department and Product Quality.

Article 1. The list of fertilizers permitted for use and circulation in Vietnam (attached) is hereby issued.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, relevant organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
