Regarding the approval of the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on the restructuring, renovation, and development of state-owned farms;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF THE FOLLOWING AGRICULTURAL FARMS:
1. Agricultural farm Yen The.
2. Agricultural farm Bo Ha.
II. TRANSFORMATION OF THE FOLLOWING FORESTRY FARMS INTO FORESTRY COMPANIES:
1. Forestry farm Yen The.
2. Forestry farm Mai Son.
3. Forestry farm Luc Nam.
4. Forestry farm Luc Ngan.
5. Forestry farm Son Dong II.
III. TRANSFORMATION OF FORESTRY FARM SON DONG I INTO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD FOR PROTECTIVE FORESTS OF SON DONG.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee in accordance with the approved content.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province and the heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
