Article 1. Provisional suspension of the automatic import license issuance regime for certain goods
1. The automatic import license issuance regime for certain goods as prescribed in Circular No. 24/2010/TT-MINCOM dated May 28, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be provisionally suspended.
2. Importers of goods specified in Clause 1 of Article 1 above shall handle customs procedures according to current regulations without having to register for automatic import licenses from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from the date of signature./.
