Issuing National Technical Regulations on Directional Signs on Expresswaysspecialized agency under the People's Committee of the province/city.

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 67/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government amending certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of some provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Minister of Transport hereby issues the National Technical Regulations on Directional Signs on Expressways.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the "National Technical Regulations on Directional Signs on Expressways".
Registration Code: QCVN 83:2015/BGTVT.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from January 1, 2016 and replace Decision No. 37/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated July 25, 2005 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of the Industry Standard "Directional Signs on Expressways" 22 TCN 331-05.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors, the General Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport, centrally-administered municipalities, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
