On the basis of Decision No. 80/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 24, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the National Defense-Education Program for intermediate vocational education;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
On the basis of Decision No. 81/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 24, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the National Defense-Education Program for university and college levels;
On the basis of Decision No. 10/2005/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated April 1, 2005 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the minimum standard equipment model for national defense education courses for secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges;
On the basis of Decision No. 09/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 10, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training on supplementing Points I and III of the minimum standard equipment model for national defense education courses for secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges issued together with Decision No. 10/2005/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated April 1, 2005 of the Minister of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of National Defense Education.
Amend and supplement Points 2, 4, and 5 of Section I of the Minimum Standard Equipment Model for National Defense Education Courses for secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges issued together with Decision No. 10/2005/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated April 1, 2005 of the Minister of Education and Training and supplemented by Decision No. 09/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 10, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training (with the Minimum Standard Equipment Model attached)
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of National Defense Education shall be responsible for supervising, managing the production, supply, and use of such equipment at educational institutions. Educational management agencies shall base this Decision to inspect and direct the process of procurement, management, and use of teaching equipment..
Article 2. The Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, the Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the General Directorate of Material and School Equipment, the Director of the General Directorate of Children's Toys, the Directors of the Departments of Higher Education, Planning and Finance, Vocational Education, Secondary Education, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of provincial and municipal education departments, the Rectors of universities and academies, the Principals of colleges and vocational high schools, and the Directors of national defense education centers are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
