This Circular is based on Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP; the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004; Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance.

Issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam;
The List of Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals
Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
1. The List of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Annex I).
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam; The List of Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.
1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam, Appendix 1.
2. The List of Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam, Appendix 2.
Article 2. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2013.
2. This Circular replaces the following Circulars:
a) Circular No. 31/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam;
b) Circular No. 32/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam;
c) Circular No. 77/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 4, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam;
d) Circular No. 15/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 30, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam;
đ) Circular No. 58/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 7, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, centrally administered cities, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
