Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 32/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated June 17, 2005 of the Ministry of Transport on the issuance of regulations for classifying roads to determine road transport tariffs;
Considering the strengthening of bridge and road repairs, the implementation of upgrading projects in recent times, and taking into account the current road conditions;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Director of the Transport Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce the classification of national roads to determine road transport tariffs according to the regulations (with detailed tables attached).
Based on the criteria, the Departments of Transport (Transport Construction) classify local roads for the provincial People's Committees to announce.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 114/QĐ-BGTVT dated January 11, 2006.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, the General Directors of the Highway Management Zones, the Directors of the Departments of Transport (Transport Construction), and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
