Regarding the issuance of the Operating Regulations for the Chân Mây – Lăng Cô Economic Zone in Thừa Thiên Huế ProvinceBased on Decree No. 108/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Investment Law;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government regarding industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
The Operating Regulations for the Chân Mây – Lăng Cô Economic Zone in Thừa Thiên Huế Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect from May 1, 2010.

Article 2. The Operating Regulations for the Chân Mây – Lăng Cô Economic Zone in Thừa Thiên Huế Province issued together with this Decision replace the Operating Regulations issued together with Decision No. 04/2006/QĐ-TTg dated January 5, 2006 of the Prime Minister.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thừa Thiên Huế Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
