CIRCULAR
Regulations on economic and technical characteristics of inland waterway vessel inspection services
inspection of inland waterway vessels
Pursuant to the Price Law on June 19, 2023;
Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Transport dated June 15, 2004, amended and supplemented by Law No. 48/2014/QH13 dated June 17, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Price Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 25, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment, and Construction Materials and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration;
The Minister of Construction hereby promulgates this Circular stipulating the economic and technical characteristics of inland waterway vessel inspection services.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability
Article 1. This Circular stipulates the economic and technical characteristics of inland waterway vessel inspection services (excluding inland waterway vessels for national defense, security purposes, and fishing boats) within the scope of vehicle inspection services.
Article 2. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals related to inland waterway vessel inspection services.
Article 3. Economic and technical characteristics of inland waterway vessel inspection services
The economic and technical characteristics of inland waterway vessel inspection services are specified in the Appendix attached to this Circular.
Article 3. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2025./.
