Amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BGTVT dated September 12, 2019,

The Minister of Transporton the management of inland waterway transport routes from the mainland to islands in Vietnam's territorial waters. Male

Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code No. 95/2015/QH13 dated November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Transport No. 23/2004/QH11 dated June 15, 2004, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Some Articles of the Law on Inland Waterway Transport No. 48/2014/QH13 dated June 17, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, and the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration;

The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BGTVT dated September 12, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport to amend and supplement Circulars of the Minister of Transport on the management of inland waterway transport routes from the mainland to islands in Vietnam's territorial waters.

Article 1. Amend and supplement Clause 2 of Article 1 of Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BGTVT as follows:

"2. Replace Appendix I of Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BGTVT dated September 12, 2019 with Appendix I attached hereto."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2022.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments under the Ministry, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Director of the Department of Inland Waterway Transport, the Director of the Vietnam Ship Survey Bureau, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport, Heads of agencies, units, and organizations, and related individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
