DECREE
No. 30 dated September 12, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
In response to the request of the Chairman of the Vietnam National Revival Youth Association in Ha Dong;
Considering that the actions of the Vietnam Patriotic Youth Association are detrimental to the independence of Vietnam;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
DECREE:
Article 1: The Vietnam National Revival Youth Association and the Vietnam Patriotic Youth Association shall be dissolved.
Article 2: From the date this decree is signed, members of these two associations are not allowed to convene or engage in any political activities.
Article 3: The Chairmen of the People's Committees of North Vietnam, Hanoi City, and Ha Dong Province shall be responsible for implementing this decree.
