THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Pursuant to the Law on Publishing dated December 3, 2004 and Decree No. 111/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Publishing;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

At the proposal of the Director of the Publishing Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates 17 models of permits, application forms, registration confirmation certificates, and declaration forms for deposit copies to be used in publishing activities.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Publishing Department, Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information under the Central Government, and publishers, printing establishments, distribution establishments, and other organizations and individuals participating in publishing activities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
