of officials and civil servants in issuing construction permits, issuing certificates

for professional practice in construction activities, and issuing bidding licenses to foreign contractors

operating in construction in Vietnam

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on project management for investment in construction works;

Pursuant to Decision No. 87/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the Management of Activities of Foreign Contractors in the Field of Construction in Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Director of the Installation Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the Regulations on Publicizing Administrative Procedures and Conduct of Officials and Civil Servants in Issuing Construction Permits, Issuing Certificates for Professional Practice in Construction Activities, and Issuing Bidding Licenses to Foreign Contractors Operating in Construction in Vietnam.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
