Issuing National Technical Regulations on Safety Glass for Motor Vehicles,
National Technical Regulations on Pneumatic Tires for Motor Vehicles,
National Technical Regulations on Optical Characteristics of Front Lighting Devices of Road Motor Vehicles
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on Safety Glass for Motor Vehicles, National Technical Regulations on Pneumatic Tires for Motor Vehicles, and National Technical Regulations on Optical Characteristics of Front Lighting Devices of Road Motor Vehicles.

1. National Technical Regulation on Safety Glass for Motor Vehicles

2. National Technical Regulation on Pneumatic Tires for Motor Vehicles
Code: QCVN 34:2017/BGTVT.
3. National Technical Regulation on Optical Characteristics of Front Lighting Devices of Road Motor Vehicles

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2018. It abolishes Clause 1 and Clause 3 of Article 1 of Circular No. 57/2011/TT-BGTVT dated November 17, 2011 issued by the Minister of Transport on issuing three National Technical Regulations on Motor Vehicle Spare Parts and Clause 1 of Article 1 of Circular No. 39/2010/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2010 issued by the Minister of Transport on issuing three National Technical Regulations on Road Motor Vehicle Spare Parts.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, and Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
