Article 1. Correct Appendix 4 issued together with Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BTS (Regulations on Temporary Prohibited Fishing Areas for the Year) as follows:
- Row number 4 from top to bottom in the coordinate column was previously written as: 19°30'N - 1°15'N. Now it is corrected to: 19°30'N - 21°15'N;
- Row number 5 from top to bottom in the coordinate column was previously written as: 18°58'N - 9°01'N. Now it is corrected to: 18°58'N - 19°01'N;
- Row number 7 from top to bottom in the prohibited area column was previously written as: Along the coast of Ca Mauu. Now it is corrected to: Along the coast of Ca Mau; the province column was previously written as: Ca Mâu. Now it is corrected to: Ca Mau.
- The serial number at pages 20, 24; page 29 Section 2, change 1.1 to 2.1.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Inspectors, Ministry's Office, Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under their management, Heads of units directly under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
