Article 1. Correct Appendix 4 issued together with Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BTS (Regulations on Temporary Prohibited Fishing Areas for the Year) as follows:
- Row number 4 from top to bottom in the coordinate column was previously written as: 19°30'N - 1°15'N. Now it is corrected to: 19°30'N - 21°15'N;
- Row number 5 from top to bottom in the coordinate column was previously written as: 18°58'N - 9°01'N. Now it is corrected to: 18°58'N - 19°01'N;
- Row number 7 from top to bottom in the prohibited area column was previously written as: Along the coast of Ca Mauu. Now it is corrected to: Along the coast of Ca Mau; the province column was previously written as: Ca Mâu. Now it is corrected to: Ca Mau.
- The serial number at pages 20, 24; page 29 Section 2, change 1.1 to 2.1.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
