THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 of the Office of the Government guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Repeal Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 5 (due to incorrect citation of the document in the basis section and duplication of number and code with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the General Secondary Education Program).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Primary Education Department, the Secondary Education Department, the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
