DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND ATTITUDE AND STYLE OF STAFF IN THE FIELD OF BASE DESIGN REVIEW FOR INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on project management for construction investment projects; and Decree No. 112/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005.
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Survey, Design and Construction Department and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND ATTITUDE AND STYLE OF STAFF IN THE FIELD OF BASE DESIGN REVIEW FOR INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Competent state management agencies authorized to review base designs for investment construction projects and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
