Amending and supplementing Circular No. 30/2009/TT-BGTVT dated November 19, 2009

 of the Ministry of Transport stipulating National Technical Regulations on exhaust emissions

 for new motorcycles and motor vehicles produced, assembled, and imported

Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Regulatory Documents dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

The Minister of Transport amends and supplements Circular No. 30/2009/TT-BGTVT dated November 19, 2009, as follows:

Article 1. Amending and supplementing the provisions at Clause (b) Article 2 of Circular No. 30/2009/TT-BGTVT dated November 19, 2009 of the Ministry of Transport, as follows:

"For types of vehicles produced and assembled (P&A) that were granted a quality certification before May 19, 2012: apply the fuel vapor test from May 19, 2013."

Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
