Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Fees and Charges; Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Implementing Resolution No. 45/NQ-CP on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of functions of the Ministry of Transport;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport in Circular No. 757/BGTVT-TC dated February 14, 2011;
The Ministry of Finance guides the amendment of Circular No. 47/2005/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime of collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges for state management to ensure traffic order and safety on inland waterways, as follows:
Article 1. Amend the provision on: "contents of revenue items" at Point E Clause 2 Section I of Circular No. 47/2005/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime of collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges for state management to ensure traffic order and safety on inland waterways, as follows: "Charge for issuing permits for inland waterway port operations".
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2011.
2. Other contents continue to be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 47/2005/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime of collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges for state management to ensure traffic order and safety on inland waterways.
3. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for research and supplementary guidance./.
