THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Head of the Office, and the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend the date of issuance of Decision No. 68/2005/QĐ-BNN dated November 2, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Information Technology and Statistics Center.
CURRENTLY READS AS: "Hanoi, November 2, 2005"
AMENDED TO READ: "Hanoi, November 7, 2005"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Information Technology and Statistics Center, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
