DECISION
On suspending the issuance of National Construction Bonds for 2005 – Educational Bonds
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 42/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 29, 2005 of the Government regarding the issuance of National Construction Bonds for 7 2005 – Educational Bonds;
On the proposal of the Director General of the State Treasury;
DECISION
Article 1: Suspend the issuance of National Construction Bonds for 2005 – Educational Bonds as stipulated in Decree No. 42/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 29, 2005 of the Government from16:30 on June 3, 2005.
Article 2: The Director General of the State Treasury shall instruct state treasury units to report the results of issuing Educational Bonds in 2005 within their respective jurisdictions and compile a national summary for submission to the Ministry of Finance before June 20, 2005.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director General of the State Treasury, Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance, Directors of State Treasuries in provinces and centrally-administered cities, heads of units under and affiliated to the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
