Program for the Business Start-up course within

The vocational intermediate-level training program

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated August 26, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training on the framework program for intermediate vocational level;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the meeting of the Evaluation Council for the Business Start-up course program dated May 9, 2012;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the Business Start-up course program within the vocational intermediate-level training program.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 12, 2012.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Vocational Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Heads of educational management agencies, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, and Heads of other educational institutions assigned the task of intermediate vocational training are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
