Issuing the Training Program for Teachers Teaching Thai and Mnong Languagesg

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending Point b, Clause 13, Article 13 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning ethnic minority languages in general education schools and regular education centers;

In accordance with the minutes of the review meeting dated August 28, 2015 of the Review Board for the Training Program for Teachers Teaching Thai and Mnong Languages;

At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and Educational Management Staff Department,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Training Program for Teachers Teaching Thai and Mnong Languages.

Clause 4 of Article 6Attached to this Circular are the Training Programs for Teachers Teaching Ethnic Minority Languages, including:

1. The Training Program for Teachers Teaching Thai Language.

2. The Training Program for Teachers Teaching Mnong Language.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Training Program for Teachers Teaching Thai and Mnong Languages attached to this Circular serves as the basis for training institutions to compile training materials for teachers teaching Thai and Mnong languages and to implement teaching activities, examinations, and evaluations of instructors and students according to the program.

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2016.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Teacher and Educational Management Staff Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, the Principals of teacher training colleges and normal universities, the Directors of universities with normal faculties, and the Principals of universities with teacher education departments are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
