The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 03/2015/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 29, 2015 on issuing the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use, prohibited from use in Vietnam, and announcing HS codes for plant protection chemicals permitted for use, prohibited from use in Vietnam.
Article 1. Amending certain contents of Circular No. 03/2015/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 29, 2015 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use, prohibited from use in Vietnam, and announcing HS codes for plant protection chemicals permitted for use, prohibited from use in Vietnam, including:
1. Amending the name of the registering organization, form of chemical, and name of plant protection chemical, including: (Annex I issued together with this Circular).
a) Amending the name of the registering organization: 110 cases.
b) Amending the form of chemical: 4 cases.
c) Amending the name of chemical: 2 cases.
2. Removing plant protection chemicals from the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use on vegetables, fruits, and tea in Vietnam, including: (Annex II issued together with this Circular).
a) Insecticides: 110 active substances with 263 trade names.
b) Fungicides: 51 active substances with 82 trade names.
c) Herbicides: 6 active substances with 12 trade names.
d) Growth regulators: 9 active substances with 10 trade names.
đ) Snailcides: 1 active substance with 1 trade name.
3. Plant protection chemicals removed from the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, including: (Annex III issued together with this Circular). Wood preservatives: 03 active substances with 03 trade names;
4. Plant protection chemicals officially registered in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, including: (Annex IV issued together with this Circular). Herbicides: 2 active substances with 2 trade names.
5. Plant protection chemicals registered for supplementary inclusion in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, including: (Annex V issued together with this Circular).
a) Insecticides: 41 types of chemicals.
b) Fungicides: 25 types of chemicals.

Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from November 23, 2015.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Legal Department, Plant Protection Bureau, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
