 Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government regarding the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for central activities;

At the proposal of the Director of the Political General Department,

 DECISION:

 Article 1. Delete the phrase "The supplementary allowance regime prescribed in this Circular shall be applied from the date the Prime Minister's Decision No. 269/2005/QĐ-TTg dated October 31, 2005 takes effect (November 2005)" in Section III of Circular No. 214/2005/TT-BQP.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Chief of the General Staff, the Director of the Political General Department, heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
