PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Residence No. 81/2006/QH11 dated November 29, 2006;
Considering the proposals of the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Prime Minister hereby revokes Decision No. 875/TTg dated November 21, 1996 on the settlement for Vietnamese citizens residing abroad to return to Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Ministers of Public Security and Foreign Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
