Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015,
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Several Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to abolish certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Prime Minister.
This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.
1. Circular No. 05/2000/TT-BXD dated June 27, 2000 of the Minister of Construction guiding the implementation of support for people participating in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945 to improve housing pursuant to Decision No. 20/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister.
1. Decision No. 93/1999/QĐ-TTg dated April 5, 1999 of the Prime Minister regarding the allowance system for dike inspectors directly participating in flood and storm emergency response.
2. Decision No. 150/2003/QĐ-TTg dated July 22, 2003 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg on management of export and import of goods during the period 2001-2005 and Decision No. 79/2002/QĐ-TTg on management of foreign television program reception.
3. Decision No. 134/2004/QĐ-TTg dated July 20, 2004 of the Prime Minister on certain support policies for production land, residential land, housing, and drinking water for poor households of ethnic minorities with difficult living conditions.
4. Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Decision shall take effect from December 30, 2020.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
