Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture - Information;
At the proposal of the Director of the Performing Arts Department and the Head of the Legal Department,

Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the Organization of the Miss Contest".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 31/2000/QĐ-BVHTT dated November 28, 2000 of the Minister of Culture - Information promulgating the "Regulations on the Beauty Contest".
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Performing Arts Department, the Heads of the Departments, Bureaus, and related units under the Ministry of Culture - Information, the Directors of Cultural Information Offices, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
