Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Investment Management and Construction Regulation issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/ND-CP dated July 8, 1999, and amended and supplemented by Decree No. 12/2000/ND-CP dated May 5, 2000, Decree No. 07/2003/ND-CP dated January 30, 2003, and Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government;
Considering the report No. 5383/TTr-EVN-KTDT dated October 18, 2005, and the document No. 5790/CV-EVN-KTDT dated November 7, 2005, of Vietnam Electricity Corporation proposing for review and issuance of production norms and unit prices for hot-dip galvanized steel structures in electrical works;
At the proposal of the Director of the Energy and Oil Department,

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the set "Production Norms and Unit Prices for Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structures in Electrical Works" serving as the basis for preparing and approving total budgets and production work budgets for hot-dip galvanized steel structures for construction of electrical works. Settlement upon completion shall be carried out according to current regulations.
Article 2. Vietnam Electricity Corporation is assigned to direct project management boards, consulting units, and hot-dip galvanized steel structure production facilities to monitor and compile results of applying the set of production norms and unit prices, and propose adjustments and supplements when necessary.
This set of production norms and unit prices shall take effect from the date of signature. Production work for hot-dip galvanized steel structures that have been accepted and settled shall not apply this set of production norms and unit prices.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Energy and Oil Department, the General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
