RESOLUTION
Amending the Legislative Drafting Program for 2017

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
Based on the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts No. 80/2015/QH13;
After considering the report of the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the review report of the Committee for Legal Affairs, the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, and other relevant committees on the adjustment of the Legislative Drafting Program for 2017 of the National Assembly and the opinions of related agencies;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Adjustment of the Program on Law and Ordinance Construction in 2017
1. Supplementing the Legislative Drafting Program for 2017 at the third session of the National Assembly with the following draft resolutions and projects:
a) The Resolution of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Criminal Code (for comments and approval at the third session according to the procedure at one session);
b) The Resolution of the National Assembly on Handling Non-performing Loans of Credit Institutions (for comments and approval at the third session according to the procedure at one session);
c) The Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Credit Institutions (for comments at the third session and approval at the fourth session).
2. Postponing the time of submission to the National Assembly for comments from the third session to the fourth session for the following projects:
a) The Competition Law (amendment);
b) The State Secrets Protection Law.
3. Removing the following projects from the Legislative Drafting Program for 2017:
a) The Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Labor Code;
b) The Law on Provisional Emergency Measures before Litigation.
