THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 06/2003/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2003 of the Government on classification of export and import goods;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated February 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and intermediary purchase, sale, processing, and transit of goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 15/2006/QĐ-BTS dated September 8, 2006 of the Minister of Fisheries on the issuance of regulations on management of import and export of specialized aquatic products;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the List of HS codes for export and import of specialized aquatic products, including:
- Appendix 1: List of aquatic species permitted for general import.
- Appendix 2: List of veterinary drugs, treatment products, and environmental improvement products for aquaculture imported generally.
- Appendix 3: List of aquaculture-related items subject to conditional import.
- Appendix 4: List of aquatic species subject to conditional export.
- Appendix 5: List of aquatic species prohibited from export.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectorate; Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
