CIRCULAR
Issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for the Secondary School Level

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Deputy Minister of Secondary Education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for the Secondary School Level.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular is the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for the Secondary School Level, including: Literature; Mathematics; Foreign Language; Civic Education; History and Geography; Natural Science; Technology; Information Technology; Physical Education; Art (Music, Fine Arts); Experiential Activities, Vocational Guidance, and Common Equipment.
Article 2. Based on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for the Secondary School Level issued with this Circular, Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of equipment serving teaching at Secondary Schools.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2022.
1. This Circular replaces Circular No. 44/2020/TT-BGDĐT dated November 3, 2020, of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 6.
2. This Circular replaces Circular No. 19/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated August 11, 2009, of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for the Secondary School Level according to the following schedule:
a) Replacing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 7 from the 2022-2023 academic year;
b) Replacing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 8 from the 2023-2024 academic year;
c) Replacing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 9 from the 2024-2025 academic year.
3. All previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this Circular are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Infrastructure Department, the Deputy Minister of Secondary Education, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Directors of Departments of Education, Science, and Technology of Bac Lieu Province; and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
