CIRCULAR

REPEALS Decision No. 08/2005/QĐ-BYT dated March 11, 2005 of the Minister of Health on issuing the Industry Standard: Sanitation Standards for Various Types of Toilets

INDUSTRY STANDARD: Sanitation Standards for Various Types of Toilets

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;

BASED ON Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 and Decree No. 22/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2010 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Environmental Health Management Department - Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health hereby promulgates:

Article 1. REPEALS Decision No. 08/2005/QĐ-BYT dated March 11, 2005 of the Minister of Health on issuing the Industry Standard: Sanitation Standards for Various Types of Toilets.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM January 1, 2012.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry of Health; the Director of the Environmental Health Management Department; the Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Departments, Bureaus, General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Central Hospitals and Institutes under the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Provincial Health Services; the Heads of Health Departments of various sectors; and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
