ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSING THE RESULTS OF STUDYFOR THE SUBJECT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW, AND DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR REGULATING THE ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSING THE RESULTS OF STUDY FOR THE SUBJECT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSING THE RESULTS OF STUDY FOR THE SUBJECT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 4, 2013 AND REPLACE DECISION NO. 69/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT OF NOVEMBER 14, 2007, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, REGULATING THE ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING AND LEARNING AND ASSESSING THE RESULTS OF STUDY FOR THE SUBJECT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S RELATED UNITS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARDS, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND THE PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
