DECISION

On the issuance of "Regulations on hygiene and safety conditions for food business establishments, services, and catering"

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government “Regulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health”;

Pursuant to Ordinance on Food Hygiene and Safety No. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 dated July 26, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government “Regulating detailed implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Food Hygiene and Safety”;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Food Safety - Ministry of Health,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision "Regulations on hygiene and safety conditions for food business establishments, services, and catering".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this Decision are abolished.

Article 3. The Heads (Ladies): Director of the Office, Inspector General, Head of the Legal Department, Director of the Department of Food Safety, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Health, and Heads of health agencies in various sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
