REGULATING THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION AND AMENDMENT OF PLANS FOR THE USE OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN THE SEAS AND ISLANDS
REGARDING THE USE OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN THE SEAS AND ISLANDS
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY THE DECREES NO. 19/2010/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 8, 2010 AND NO. 89/2010/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 16, 2010 OF THE GOVERNMENT;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of marine resources and environmental protection of islands;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE VIETNAMESE AGENCY OF SEAS AND ISLANDS, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION AND AMENDMENT OF PLANS FOR THE USE OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN THE SEAS AND ISLANDS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 16, 2012.
