REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS EXPIRING IN FULL EFFECTIVENESS AND THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS EXPIRING PARTIALLY WITHIN THE FIELD OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS IN 2022

On the basis of Law on Enacting Legal Documents 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Documents 2020;

Decree No. Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures Law on Enacting Legal Documents; Decree No. Decision No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures Law on Legislative Decrees;

Decree No. 63/2022/ND-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Annexed to this Decision is the List of Legal Documents Expiring Fully Effective and the List of Legal Documents Expiring Partially within the Field of State Management of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2022 (with attached appendices).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Legal Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
