Regarding the issuance of the primary school curriculum

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Directive No. 14/2001/CT-TTg dated June 11, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the reform of the general education curriculum to implement Resolution No. 40/2000/QH10 of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the meeting of the Curriculum Review Board for primary school subjects;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the Primary School Curriculum Review Board;
At the proposal of the Director of the Primary Education Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the primary school curriculum to be uniformly applied throughout the country according to the schedule specified in Directive No. 14/2001/CT-TTg dated June 11, 2001 of the Prime Minister.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. The Director of the Primary Education Department is responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, Heads of Provincial Departments of Education and Training, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and Directors of Departments of Education and Training are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
