ABOLISHING THE JOINT CIRCULARS NO. 43/2007/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT OF MAY 2, 2007 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECISION NO. 82/2006/QD-TTg OF APRIL 14, 2006 ISSUED BY THE PRIME MINISTER ON ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT OF POLICY SCHOLARSHIPS AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR STUDENTS FROM ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS ATTENDING PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, AND JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 40/2013/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT OF APRIL 10, 2013 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE AND THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING GUIDING THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT THE NATIONAL TARGET PROGRAM ON EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE PERIOD 2012-2015
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 84/2020/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2020 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Service Financial Department;
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to abolish the following Joint Circulars: Joint Circular No. 43/2007/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT dated May 2, 2007 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Training guiding the implementation of Decision No. 82/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 14, 2006 issued by the Prime Minister on adjusting the amount of policy scholarships and social assistance for students from ethnic minority groups attending public institutions, and Joint Circular No. 40/2013/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT dated April 10, 2013 issued by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Education and Training guiding the management and use of funds to implement the National Target Program on Education and Training for the period 2012-2015.
Article 1. Repeal all Circular Joints
Abolish the following Joint Circulars entirely:
1. Joint Circular No. 43/2007/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT dated May 2, 2007 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Training guiding the implementation of Decision No. 82/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 14, 2006 issued by the Prime Minister on adjusting the amount of policy scholarships and social assistance for students from ethnic minority groups attending public institutions.
2. Joint Circular No. 40/2013/TTLT-BTC-BGDĐT dated April 10, 2013 issued by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Education and Training guiding the management and use of funds to implement the National Target Program on Education and Training for the period 2012-2015.
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Circular takes effect from August 23, 2023.
