Regarding the adjustment of the Import Goods List subject to Quota Tariff

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the request of the Minister of Trade in the report number 065/TM-XNK dated February 17, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the quota tariff for imported goods listed in sequence numbers (1), (2), (4), (7) in the List of Imported Goods Subject to Quota Tariff Adjustment issued together with Decision No. 91/2003/QĐ-TTg dated May 9, 2003 of the Government Chairman.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from April 1, 2005.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision./.
