REGARDING THE ISSUE OF “REGULATIONS ON SANITARY SAFETY FOR FOODS PRESERVED BY IRRADIATION”

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government assigning responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Director of the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Department - Ministry of Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. ISSUES WITH THIS DECISION "REGULATIONS ON SANITARY SAFETY FOR FOODS PRESERVED BY IRRADIATION".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments of Legal Affairs, Science and Training; Directors of the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Department - Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Services Directors under central cities, Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health, Health Heads of sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision.
