CIRCULAR
Issuing National Occupational Skill Standards
for occupations within the agricultural group

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 27, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on issuing regulations on principles and procedures for developing and promulgating national occupational skill standards;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on national occupational skill standards for occupations within the agricultural group.
Article 1. This Circular includes 08 national occupational skill standards for 2013 for occupations within the agricultural group:
1. National occupational skill standard for Water Resources Management and Operation
2. National occupational skill standard for Tobacco Cultivation
3. National occupational skill standard for Rubber Cultivation
4. National occupational skill standard for Coffee Cultivation
5. National occupational skill standard for Rubber Latex Processing
6. National occupational skill standard for Agricultural Machinery Operation
7. National occupational skill standard for Rural Electromechanical Services
8. National occupational skill standard for Wicker and Bamboo Product Manufacturing.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 20, 2013.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Heads of Units, and relevant individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
