On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry.
At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Department,

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision "Technical Safety Regulations for Coal Mines and Slate Mines TCN-14-06-2006".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede the following Decisions: No. 69/2000/QĐ-BCN dated December 1, 2000 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines and Slate Mines TCN-14.06.2000"; No. 57/2001/QĐ-BCN dated November 26, 2001 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of "Guidelines for Implementing Safety Regulations for Coal Mines and Slate Mines TCN-14.06.2000".
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors under the Ministry, the Heads of organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
