CIRCULAR

Repealing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education
Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020

On the basis of Law on Legislative Issuance of Legal Normative Documents dated June 22, 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Issuance of Legal Normative Documents dated June 18, 2020;

On the basis of The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education. of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No.Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CPDecember 31, 2020 Government Decree amending and supplementing some articles of the Government Decree No.

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

Article 1. Repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education

1. Circular No. 31/TT dated November 4, 1989 of the Ministry of Education guiding the implementation of expenditure regulations for practical activities outside schools of teacher training institutions.

Repeals the following regulatory legal documents in their entirety:

2. Circular No. 22/TT dated November 12, 1992 of the Ministry of Education and Training guiding the management and use of funds for postgraduate training within the country.

3. Decision No. 10/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated April 2, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training regarding the issuance of regulations on receiving foreign guests by the leadership of the Ministry.

4. Circular No. 25/2003/TT-BGDĐT dated June 9, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training guiding the implementation of purchasing teaching equipment to serve the reform of general education programs.

5. Circular No. 15/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated May 2, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Standards for Evaluating Continuing Education Centers.

Deputy Director of the Office, Heads of Departments under the Department of Legal Affairs, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; directors of provincial education and training departments; directors of universities and academies; principals of universities; principals of secondary teacher training colleges and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2022.

2. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the directors of provincial education and training departments; the rectors of universities and academies; the presidents of university colleges; the presidents of teacher training colleges, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
