On the continuous implementation of the quota system for meetings for full-time National Assembly deputies

and the quota system for expenses serving activitiesof the National Assembly

 for civil servants, public officials, and workers under the National Assembly agencies,

 agencies under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly Office

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 57/2014/QH13, AS AMENDED BY SOME ARTICLES IN LAW NO. 65/2020/QH14;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 29/2022/UBTVQH15 dated December 12, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the Operation Regulations of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Tbased on the consideration of Proposal No. 1254/TTr-VPQH dated June 7, 2024 of the National Assembly Office;

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. The continuous implementation of the meeting expense quota system and the activity service expense quota system for the National Assembly.

Ensuring the continuous implementation of the meeting quota system for full-time National Assembly deputies and the activity service expense quota system for civil servants and workers under the National Assembly agencies, agencies under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly Office according to Resolution No. 524/2012/UBTVQH13 dated September 20, 2012 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on certain expenditure systems ensuring the operation of the National Assembly and detailed implementing documents until new policies are issued.

Article 2. Responsibilities for Implementation

The National Assembly Office shall be responsible for organizing and implementing to ensure adequate funding and continuous stability for the activities of the National Assembly.

This Decision was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the fifteenth session, on June 10, 2024. /.
